Who we are

Fisga Studio is a strategy-led creative agency. Twenty years of consumer research and brand building, a network of senior makers, and AI on the production load.

The people

No bench. No juniors.
A network.

A small principal team, and senior makers assembled around the brief and dissolved when the work ships. You get the people who did the work, not the people who sold it — and you are not paying for a bench between projects.

  • Eduardo Henriques Founder & Principal Salt Lake City, UT · EN / ES / PT

Strategy and consumer research across US Hispanic and Latin American markets — Shiseido, Royal Caribbean, Nintendo, ESPN and Samsung. Ran the studio's white-label work for Alma DDB and FleishmanHillard. Built Fisga.

  • David Malamud Chief Strategy Officer Houston, TX · 20 years · EN / ES native

Brand and account leadership for Samsung, Uber, Procter & Gamble and Tyson Foods. Began in US Hispanic at Lopez Negrete. Thirteen Gold ADDYs.

  • Elio Casale Chief Creative Officer Phoenix, AZ · 24 years · ES / EN / PT

Copy, content and on-air promotion across Latin American cable — A&E and Plural Entertainment. Co-founder of El Chigüire Bipolar, the Venezuelan satire site awarded the Václav Havel International Prize for Creative Dissent in Oslo, 2017.

  • Gaia Chief Security Officer Salt Lake City, UT · 84 dog years · Bilingual bark

A terrier mix with eighty-four years running security and mail-carrier threat assessment. Off duty: foothill hikes and ElectroDog® Berries, on repeat.

  • Ivy Chief Lick Officer Salt Lake City, UT · 21 dog years · Weimaraner

Twenty-one years of unconditional enthusiasm, delivered directly to the face. Handles morale, welcomes, and any meeting that could use fewer boundaries.

  • Jefe Chief Bark Officer Salt Lake City, UT · 28 dog years · Big and curly

Handles attention management through grumbles, sighs and a bark that carries. Almost four years in, never missed a road trip to a pitch.

  • Guto Nicolucci Chief Experience Officer Miami, FL · 25 years · EN / PT

Sixteen years at SapientNitro, art director then UX manager, and UX lead at GlueIQ. Cannes Silver Lion for FIAT's Sistine Chapel installation.

How we are put together

Three parts, on purpose.

01

The thinking

Research and strategy run by people who have done it for two decades: segmentation, pricing, positioning, concept and message testing. Fisga, the decision intelligence platform we built, does the ground-truth data work underneath it. The read, the judgment and the call are still human. That part does not get automated, and we do not pretend otherwise.

02

The makers

A curated network of senior creatives, directors, writers, designers and producers, assembled around the brief and dissolved when the work ships. Each one has already run a campaign or built a brand, not learning how on your budget. No bench, no overhead carried between projects. You pay for the work, not for the roster.

03

The machines

AI on production, variation, localization and the first eighty percent of anything repeatable: first drafts, variation sets for testing, localization passes across English and Spanish. It is genuinely fast and it is genuinely not the strategy. The call on what ships is still ours, for brand voice and the cultural read a model does not have. Knowing the difference is most of the job.

Markets

Bilingual by default,
not by translation.

A campaign translated into Spanish is a campaign in a second language. A campaign built in Spanish is a campaign. We have worked US Hispanic and Latin American markets since the beginning — tourism boards, airlines, beauty, spice, telecom — from strategy through to what happens on the ground.

Our principal was born in the US, raised in Venezuela, and works in both languages without a hand-off. That is not a credential we invented for a website; it is why brands called in the first place.

The platform

Fisga

Most agencies rent their research. We own ours.

Fisga is a decision intelligence platform — public data, client context and a modeled read on pricing, positioning and audience, in under twenty minutes. The studio is built on it, so the thinking starts from evidence rather than a blank page. It sharpens every brief we take. It does not replace the work.

Lineage

Fisga Studio is the evolution of Micstura, the strategy, research and creative practice founded in 2005. Same principals, same twenty-year record — new structure, and now built on our own platform.
